These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from David Fanning Photography. By buying and using the delivered image(s), you agree to the following terms: 

1. Ownership of Images

All images are the property of David Fanning and are protected under international copyright laws. Purchasing a digital image provides a license to use the image but does not transfer ownership rights.

2. Permitted Usage

·        The use of images is allowed exclusively for personal purposes only, including: 

·        Printing for personal display on the wall at home.

·        Use in private, non-commercial digital projects.

3. Prohibited Usage

  • Resell, license, or redistribute the image(s).
  • Use the image(s) in advertising, marketing, or commercial products.
  • Alter or manipulate the image in a way that misrepresents the original work.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notices or metadata embedded in the file.

4. Limitation of Liability

David Fanning Photography is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from using or misusing the images. It is your responsibility to ensure the use follows all applicable laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms are under UK law. Any disputes shall be judged by a court of competent authority within the United Kingdom's legal system.

By purchasing and downloading any image(s) from David Fanning Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.
